Did you know we host a monthly all-brokerage caravan tour in Clark County?

Every month, we bring together real estate agents from across Clark County, regardless of brokerage affiliation, to support one another and learn about our inventory on the market.

The tour happens every first Thursday of the month, with the next one scheduled for September 5 from noon to 4 p.m. Typically, we visit six to seven homes, wrapping up by 4 p.m. at the latest.

This caravan tour can benefit those with listings sitting on the market for at least 30 days. You can enter it to be part of the tour, where you can get valuable feedback from other brokers, which you can then take back to your seller. We’ve had tremendous success in helping agents secure needed price adjustments or identify repairs, staging, and other improvements that can breathe new life into a stagnant listing. Even if your listing is not stagnant, I still highly recommend that you join the tour to help you and your seller move forward.

Can we still join if we don’t have a listing to feature? Absolutely. You can sign up for a seat on our fun van so you can tour homes, work, network, and even mastermind with other agents on the way from house to house. If you can’t commit to the whole tour or prefer to drive yourself, you can do that too. We understand that schedules can be tight, so you can come with us for as long as you can.
